It is friendly and very lively on the palate, with Pineapple, Peach, Freshly cut Grass, hints of Lemon, Lime, Green Apples and noticeable Minerality leading to the succulent, med. length finish.

FOOD PAIRING: This wine pairs well with Lean Fish, Smoked Salmon, Fresh Shellfish, Ceviche and Salads and is also perfect as an aperitif, with Goat Cheese, or with Fruit.
