ABOUT: Each vintage we look for a desired ripeness and flavor profile for our dry riesling. This wine is a blend of many different fermentations, each one acting as a building block to create a powerful expression of dry riesling.

VINIFICATION: The fruit was machine harvested and then went directly to press. Multiple fermentations in Stainless Steel and Barrel provided many options for the blending of this wine.

TASTING NOTES: Light bodied, dry white. Dry, Aromas and flavors of Ripe White Fruit, Lemon, Peach and Honeysuckle.

FOOD PAIRING: Pad Thai, Soba Noodle Salad w/ Peanut Sauce, Shellfish, Seafood, Pork, Chicken (Grilled or Fried); this wine will also pair with Spicy foods like Spicy Mexican, or Thai or Indian curries.
