VINIFICIATION: 100% barrel fermented and aged in French and Hungarian oak, of which 28% was new.

TASTING NOTES: Appealing aromas of Ripe Peach, Pear, Apricot and Lemon Zest. Flavors of Ripe Apple, Butter, Lemon, and Melon are perfectly balanced with light toasty oak on the palate. Elegant, medium length finish.
