Entering barrel at 120 proof and aged for an average of 3 years, Fort Hamilton “Double Barrel” is a marriage of 25% NY Rye (distilled at Taconic Distillery and aged in 25-gallon Barrels from Kelvin Cooperage, Char #3) & 75% MGP Rye (Indiana, aged in 53-gallon barrels from Independent Stave, Char #3), with the same 95% Rye/5% Barley mash bill as Fort Hamilton Single Barrel Rye.
