 The base wine is blended in the Charmat method with selected French yeasts, in big stainless steel containers. It is then bottle-aged for at least three months to obtain its characteristic flavors.

TASTING NOTES: Light bodied, dry Sparkling White Wine. Clear & bright, Pale Straw w/ Green hints. Bright, fresh & crisp aromas of Lemon & dried Pear. Pleasant, fresh & harmonious in the mouth, w/ Apples, Lemon & Toasty hints.

FOOD PAIRING: This wine is a classic easy drinker. Ideal for parties, especially backyard BBQs featuring Argentine style grilled meat! This wine also pairs exceptionally well with Pork, Rich Fish (Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish), Vegetarian dishes & Poultry.
