Pina Colada

2 oz Rum

1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 1/2 oz Coconut Cream

1 oz Lime juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake briskly for 30-40 seconds. Then strain into a Hurricane glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple. Can also be made a refreshing frozen drink for hot days in a blender with ice. Or as a non-alcoholic treat by simply omitting the rum.
