We offer free local neighborhood delivery. If you are outside our free delivery zone, we offer a scheduled delivery in the NY metro area for a $20 fat fee. Use delivery option "NYC Paid Zone" at checkout. We also offer Fedex Ground Shipping.

The Gilded Grape will ship wine directly to your door. Spirit orders allowed to be ship in NYS only. You will be promptly notified of any problems or expected delays in processing and/ or shipment.

Alcoholic beverages must sold and delivered only to persons 21 years of age or older. Upon delivery, the person receiving will be required to show a valid form of ID. 

We ship Fedex Ground on Mondays and Thursdays. Any orders received Monday 1pm through Thursday 12pm, will be delivered on current Thursday at 2pm. Any orders received Thursday 1pm through Monday 12pm, will be delivered the current Monday at 2pm.

During times of bad weather, including extreme heat or cold, we recommend postponing shipment until conditions approve, but will defer to the customer's direction whether to ship or hold. The customer assumes all liability for wines en route.

All eCom orders are considered sold and transacted in NYS and will be subject to NYS sales tax. 

NYS law only permits us to accept the return of goods that are defective; for such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, refund a credit card, or we can issue a store credit.  If you think your bottle is defective please bring it back to the store to be checked out and, if applicable, replaced. Otherwise no exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
