VINIFICATION: Low intervention farming. Hand Harvested. Maceration with skins for 7 days. Fermentation and maturation in Stainless Steel tanks, after which the wine undergoes natural Malolactic Fermentation. The wine then rests for 45 days in Stainless Steel tanks to mature, after which it is bottled w/ a total of 100 PPM Sulfites. Unfined, Sterile Filtered.
TASTING NOTES: Light-Med. Bodied dry Red Wine. Aromas of Cherries, Cranberries, Rhubarb & Spice. The palate has notes of Cherries, Plums, Blackberries, Cream, Black Olives & Pepper. Silky smooth tannins lead to an effortless, Med. length finish.
